- May 25, 2017: Last day of guaranteed hotel rooms at Hotel Ithaca and Marriott Downtown

- May 25, 2017: Last day of early registration fee of $250. $350 thereafter.

- June 2, 2017: Last day of guaranteed hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn

- June 18, 2017: Deadline for registration!
